VTS Activate - Audiences

Simplified the content distribution process to create ease in the "targeting step" of content creation, established consistency, and increased confidence and understanding around content viewership and notification delivery rules.

Lane - Design system

Built a design system from the ground up that ensured consistency in design across different platforms, streamlined the design and development process, and improved collaboration between teams.

Lane - Member profile

By revamping and optimizing the member profile, user engagement and satisfaction ratings were significantly improved. The redesigned member profile also led to lower levels of error counts and support contact.
